In the Braj region of India, Lord Krishna grew up, Holi festival is celebrated until Rang Panchmi in commemoration of the divine love of Radha for Krishna. The festivities officially usher in spring, with Holi celebrated as a festival of love. There is a symbolic myth behind commemorating Krishna as well. We invite all devotees to visit our Shri Krishna Bhakti Seva Trust on this occasion to take part in the divine celebration of Color& Love.

Janma' means birth and 'ashtami' means the eighth. Janmashtami refers to the birth of Krishna, which took place on the eighth day of the second fortnight in the month of Sravana. Lord Krishna said: Whatever belongs to you today, belonged to someone else yesterday and it will belong to some one else tomorrow. Don't be illusioned by maya. Maya is the root cause of all pain and misery.

Our Krishna Family Member and our Friend Dimitry from Russia visited in Holy Krishna Dham Vrindavan and stayed with us for three days.
